Did you know that our resilience or tolerance to stress is entangled in our DNA? Epigenetic factors that are internal, environmental, and as a part of normal development allow us to tap this intuitive primal instinct and connect to the world. It is hard wired into every part of our body but past familial coding may have disrupted your ability to cope and as the world evolves humans are rapidly loosing connection to this primal identity which leaves most anxious, depressed, and maxed out with the stress hormone cortisol impairing our ability to remain resilient and adapt to the ever changing scopes of human interactions.

It starts with breath work through a technique called Low Pressure Fitness which addresses the deep core muscles, respiratory musculature, posture, and the CNS response to stress. This complex system has a profound impact on our quality of life and athletic performance as well as posture, circulation, respiration, maintaining continence (prevention of urinary & fecal incontinence), support for our internal organs (prevention of pelvic organ prolapse or hernia), sexual function, stability, digestion, phonation all the while balancing and counterbalancing pressure changes from within. This may be the most crucial piece of BEING|HUMAN in my opinion!
