I’ve spent most of my adult life educating myself and using my “profession” to truly express the traits of an autodidact! I believe we are not meant to live as creatures of specificity, that is left to the insect kingdom. Instead, we were designed to learn, adapt, and create for whatever need we have as a species.
If the comfort or commodity was not available then our superior intellect provided the means to manufacture or procure the raw goods for our ultimate survival and thriving.as HUMANS we all possess the potential to evolve from our current state and perhaps with time and reprogramming from that of our predecessors?
Our subconscious has created a current status that with practices and creation of new habits can evolve beyond our future self and dramatically improve our health. Through my personal practice and education the constructs of the BEING|HUMAN pillars have been created. Where you begin is dependent upon your specific need at this time in your evolution!

For me and maybe most of you it is the pillar of NUTRITION as it’s often the lowest hanging fruit! Twenty years ago and even into my adolescences I was consistently ill and chronically depressed with no real understanding or tools to make a change in , but that all changed when I decided to research what nutritional needs a human needed. Fast forward twenty years I am no longer dependent on pharemecuetical enhancement for my mind and body as I have learned what foods to eat, when to eat them, and what nutritional protocols will positively affect my genetic expression. This knowledge leaves me open to work on my current area of focus in RESILLENCY.
The pillar of RESILIENCY is multifaceted as it covers the physical, emotional, and spiritual work that has been required of all humans for longevity and survival. Not every warrior, politician, farmer, shaman, or citizen has the same robust nature as we can see through the writings of Marcus Aurelius and Epictetus . One was an emporeror with vast abundance in all aspects and the other was a peasent slave with an abundance of lack in materials but the common or even playing ground came with their ability to control their conscious state and therefore their physical health. once they controlled their minds these robust individuals controlled their ENVIRONMENT!
Our ENVIRONMENT impacts the current health status and you may not realize what weak links have left you out of sink with nature and your personal circadian rytm! Endogenous and indigenous zeitgebers control hour our body cycles through life and being intune to these will dramatically improve performance, recovery, sleep, mood, digestion, and composition. Last but not least Is MOVEMENT as HUMAN survival is dependent on our ability to forage, hunt, play, and reproduce. How much is enough and how much is too much? These are questions that modern humans now contemplate. I have spent vast hours in nature and a studio setting implementing and observing the biomechanics of people across all walks of life including professional athletes, those living with “chronic” pain, and children learning to navigate their bodies. What we all have in common from cradle to grave is basic patterns but what separates us is what happens over time with injury, chronic holding patterns, mindset, exercise abuse, and training specificity. My time as a professional athlete taught me more than the mindset it takes to become an Alpha, it showed me the way to create or enhance the physical characteristics it takes to become one and how to remain on top!
